Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Your order number is required.

To start a return, email us at info@tuyagirl.com.

If approved, we’ll send you instructions for where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is not covered at this time.

 

Damages + Issues

First-Time Orders

We know trying something new can feel like a leap.

If this is your first time ordering and something doesn’t feel right, reach out. While we can’t accept returns on used products, we’re always happy to find a solution—whether that’s guidance, tips on how to use it, or another way to support you.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, feel free to reach out.
